先天性髋关节脱臼手术后并发症的防治

摘要

In a series of 456 children with 571 dislocated hips treated by different operations, 28 cases developed complications. Before 1965, the main procedures involved a simple open reduction with or without shelf operation and much more complications recurred, since then shelf operation combined with femoral osteotomy and Suiter innomenate osteotomy have been adopted. This technique was followed by a few complications, but the efficacy markedly increased. The authors propose several prophylatic methods and treatments of postoperative redislocation.%@@ 手术治疗先天性髋关节脱臼的病例,术后发生再脱臼、关节僵直等并发症的发生率,各医院报导不一,差别较大.防止并发症的要点是手术必须根据其病理变化,彻底矫正.
