膀胱粘膜尿道成形术的技术改进

From Nov.,1977 to June,1982,urethroplasty with cystic mucosa was used as a modified technique in 58 cases of hypospadia in children.6 patients aged between 3-5,38 between 5-7,and 14 between 7-12.This paper describes the technique and also gives an analysis of its effects.This technique consists mainly of the following steps：(1)Form a urethra with cystic mucosa,including submucosa,(2)Leave the spreading thread and the silicon tube framework inside the urethra,(3)By tunneling,draw out the external stoma of the mucosa tube and carry it to the center of the gland penis,(4)See that knots of the stitches for anastomosis be made outside the skin and leave no thread ends when taking them out,and(5)Transplant surplus dorsal prepuce to the ventral of the penis.These procedures ensure that the new urethra opens in the very center of the gland penis and effectively reduce the incidence of urethral fistula and urethrostenosis.The modified technique sees a primary healing rate of 92.2%.41 cases were followed up for 3 months to 5 years and showed the rate of excellent and good results as 95.1%.%@@ 先天性尿道下裂的手术方法甚多,据统计超过一百余种~((1～6)),但尚无一令人满意的方法~((8)).目前,分期手术逐渐被一期尿道成形术所取代~((7)).
