小儿脑肿瘤71例临床分析

摘要

71 pediatric cases of brain tumor were reported,accounting for 16.67% of the admitted brain tumor cases.Among them,62% was situated in supratentorium and 38% was in infratentorium；Analysis showed that glioma accounted for 53.5% and craniopharyngioma accounted for 15.5%.There was incre ased intracranial pressure with signs of localization in 48%,and simple increased intracranial pressure accounted for 24%.14.1% manifested only change in endocrine and optic nerves.Cranial X-ray films of 72% of the cases showed increased intracranial pressure and pathological calcification.65 cases were operated on,cure rate being 32% and 46% improved.Operative mortality was 13.8%.Correct diagnoses before admission were made in only 32%.The main cause of misdiagnosis is also discussed.%@@ 小儿脑肿瘤比成人多见,约占全部脑肿瘤的15～20%~((1、2)).我院1964年4月至1980年6月共收治71例,占同期入院脑肿瘤426例的16.7%.小儿脑肿瘤易被误诊,现结合本组71例小儿脑肿瘤临床分析,探讨小儿脑肿瘤易被误诊的几个问题.
