65例小儿颅脑肿瘤临床疗效分析

Objective 65 cases of pediatric brain tumor clinical outcomes were analyzed.Methods65 cases of pediatric brain tumor patients in our hospital in August 2013 -2014 August treated as an object of this study, its use of micro-surgery treatment, analyze its efficacy.Results After treatment, patients were cured 35 cases, effective in 15 patients, 10 cases of patients with effective, ineffective in 5 patients, the total effective rate was 92.30%, were folowed up for 6 months were good prognosis, primary brain tumor clinical symptoms disappear. Conclusion Patients with pediatric brain tumor surgery using microsurgical methods significant clinical effect, effectively reducing the incidence of postoperative complications and should be introduced in clinical practice.%目的 对65例小儿颅脑肿瘤临床治疗效果进行分析.方法 选取我院2013年8月~2014年8月收治的65例小儿颅脑肿瘤患者作为本次研究的对象,对其采用显微外科手术治疗,分析其疗效.结果 治疗后,痊愈患者为35例,显效患者15例,有效患者10例,无效患者5例,总有效率为92.30%,术后随访6个月均获良好预后 , 颅脑肿瘤原发临床症状基本消失.结论 对小儿颅脑肿瘤患者采用显微外科手术方法临床效果显著,有效降低了术后并发症的发生率,值得在临床上推广使用.
