小儿骶尾部畸胎瘤手术后随访观察

摘要

During the 22 years from 1962 to 1983,138 children with sacrococcygeal teratoma were surgically treated at our hospital.103(74.6% )of them were followed up for about 6 years and 9 months on an average,the longest for 22 yrs.Among these 103 cases,36 male and 67 female,there were 86 cases of benign tumors and 17 of malignant tumors.Those with benign tumors are all alive now.13 of them developed complications(15.1% ):including local recurrence,(6),chronic fistula (3),arial prolapse(2),stuterring urination (1)and dysplasia on one side of the hip.2 of the 17 patients with malignant teratoma have surrvived(11.8% ),one for 8.5 years and the other for over one year,without recurrenee and metastasis.15 patients of the malignant group died,mortality being 88.2% .%@@ 畸胎瘤是小儿常见肿瘤之一,以骶尾部发生率最高,良性骶尾部畸胎瘤早期手术治疗,预后甚佳.但手术切除不彻底或拖延治疗,肿瘤一旦恶变,虽经手术、化疗、放疗等综合治疗,常常由于肿瘤局部复发及远隔转移,而导致患儿死亡.
