学龄儿童先天性髋脱位的治疗

摘要

35 of the 41 hips which underwent operative treatment before 1980 for CHD in older children are reviewed.The average follow-up length ran 3 years,satisfactory results obtained in 77.8%.Surgical treatment is suitable for older children,great care should be given to cases of bilateral dislocation in those over ten.On patients under 12,concentric reduction is always possible and should be carried out.On those over 12,post-operative articular stiffhess is likely to occur,and reconstruetion of the atopic acetabulum without opening the capsule is considered feasible.Cases with limited motion in hip joint can obtain good result after an operation of releasing the involved soft tissues.%@@ 1967年～1980年,我院共收治8～14岁先天性髋脱位患儿35例41髋,其中31例37髋随诊资料完整,随诊时间2～13年,平均超过3年.结果优良者29例,占78%;不满意者8例,占22%.现将我们的作法和体会介绍如下.
