B型超声诊断先天性肛门直肠畸形的评价(附15例报告)

@@ 我院自1985年4月～1986年3月试行B型超声(以下简称B超)检查诊断先天性肛门直肠畸形共15例,现报告如下.rn资料和方法%Ultrasound scanning was applied in diagnosing 15 cases of imperforate anus to determine the distance between the blind pouch of rectum and the anal dimple.On sonograms,the meconium inside the terminal rectal pouch usually gives a weaker echo than the surrounding soft tissues of bony structures,so the rectal pouch is readily located.UItrasonic examination should be done by the transducer in different directions with the child in the lithotomy position.The terminal rectal pouch is more easily seen through the acoustic 'window'provided by a full bladder.A comparison of the two techniques shows ultrasonic examination is rather simple and reliable.
