本文观察了胎龄4~10月141例胎儿的膝关节.共564个半月板,胎儿期的膝关节内、外侧半月板均呈半月状,不支持胎儿期的半月板为原始型呈盘状及中心裂口学说.在测定半月板相对狭度值时,发现4~10月胎儿的比值具微量变化.此变化可能和股骨髁的形态生长变化有关.作者推测盘状半月板成因可能和股骨髁发育不良相关.%While the etiology of discoid meniscus is still unknown,the accepted view has been that the normal meniscus develops as a complete plate,the central part of which is gradually absorbed during the latter half of fetal life.If this absorption does not occur,a discoidl will be formed.We have dissected 141 fetuses.564 menisci,and it is found that the meniscus in fetal life(4-10 months)is always in a semilunar form.and that the change is negligible from 4 to 10 months This data does not support the above-mentioned view.The negligible varialion with a relative narrow difference in measurement may be due to the different shapes of femeral condyles into which the meniscus is fitted,and the eliology of discoid formation might be considered as related to the dysplasia of femoral condyles.
