先天性巨结肠症切除肠管近端的病理改变与术后排便功能的关系

摘要

One hundred and six postoperative cases of Hirschsprung's disease were followed-up,and 56 surgical specimens were reviewed.It is found that the less the severity of the pathological changes is at the proximal stump of the resected colon,the better the defecation function will be in the later days(P＜0.01),while the age of the patient at operation or the length of the resected colon has no significant relation with the postoperative bowel control(P＞0.05).%本文对06例先天性巨结肠根治术后患儿进行了随访,56例抽样做病理的回顾性检查,发现切除肠管的近端病理改变少,术后排使功能好;病理改变严重时,排便恢复差.患儿手术时年龄的大小,手术时切除肠管的多少与术后排便功能无明显关系(P＞0.05).
