小儿肝脏血管一瘤

摘要

Hemangioma of the liver, single or multiple, are rare in children. Usually, the patient's body development, liver function and serum AFP concentration are found to be normal. However, 3 cases of hepatic hemangioma are reported in this article (1 capillary hemangioma and 2 cavernous hemangioma)and their surgical treatments are successful. The author concludes that three alternative treatmeats may be adopted:(1) In cases without complications, close observation is preferrable and surgery should be held. (2) Hepatic artery ligation or hepatic artery embolization is preferred in unresectable cases. (3) Complete resection of the tumor is advisable for the patients with localized lesions.%本文报告3例小儿肝脏血管瘤,皆行手术切除并经病理证实,术后良好.文中对小儿肝脏血管瘤的病理、临床表现特点及诊断问题进行了讨论,并对肝脏血管瘤的治疗及术中控制失血问题谈了经验体会.
