放射性核素胃肠显像对消化道出血的诊断价值

摘要

本文报告44例原因不明的消化道出血病例,经放射性核素腹部扫描或r照相,结果22例阳性,其中16例经手术探查,证实为美克尔憩室9例,回盲部肉瘤1例,回盲部恶性淋巴瘤1例,食道裂孔疝2例,慢性肠套叠、肠重复畸形、坏死性小肠炎各1例.检查结果表明:放射性核素腹部照相对小儿消化道出血病因诊断是有用的过筛试验方法,对美克尔憩室具有诊断价值.%The clinical use of ~(99m)Tc digestive tract imaging for unexplained gastrointestinal bleeding in 44 cases are reported.22 in 44 cases were positive,i.e.,radioactive concentrated on the bleeding area,and 16 patients underwent surgery;they involve:Meckel's diverticulum in 9,Malignant lymphoma 1,sarcoma 1,necrotizing enterocolitis 1,chronic intussusception 1,bowel duplication 1,and hiatus hernia 2.Gastrointestinal imaging with ~(99m)Tc is proved to be a simple,noninvasive,highly specific and accurate method for the diagnosis of Meckel's diverticulum.It is also a valuable tool for the differential diagnosis of the malignant tumor,inflammatory bowel disease,and bowel developmental anomaly.
