肛门外括约肌替代手术治疗肛门失禁的效果

摘要

From 1980 to 1986,9 cases with congenital high lesion malformations of anus and rectum,ranging in age from 5-11 years underwent an abdominoperineal,pull-through operation during infancy.All of them had the complication of incontinence of anus postoperatively.rnReplacement of external sphincter muscle by gracilis muscle and by glutaeus maxium muscle were performed on 7 of the 9 cases and the rest 2 respectively.After operation 5 cgses had defecating sense and occasional soiling or staining.It is emphasized that the training of defecating function is very important.Follow-up result of the patients has showed that defecating function were progressed in all cases.%报告9例5～11岁完全性肛门失禁病例,均系先天性高位直肠肛门畸形,婴儿时期施行腹会阴肛门成形术后发生的并发症.7例施行股薄肌移位术,2例施行臀大肌束移位术.术后5例基本能控制排便.强调继续排便训练.
