婴儿腮腺毛细血管瘤的手术治疗

本文总结婴儿腮腺毛细血管瘤31例,按临床表现分为三型.详述了手术方法,提出颈外动脉中段结扎术,此法具有操作简单,不破坏颈动脉三角区,无误扎顼内动脉的危险,便于寻找面神经总干,缩短手术时间,减少出血等优点.%Thirty-one cases of infantile capillary hemangioma of the parotid gland were reviewed.They can be divided into three types according to their clinical features.This paper describes some surgical proce dures in detail and presents a new procedure of middle-segment ligation of the external carotid artery.It is easy to do without the danger of damaging the carotid triangle or the internal carotid artery.It is also easy for exposing the main trunk of the facial nerve,so it would save time and bleeding in the tumor excision.The average age of operated cases was 5 months,16 patients were operated on within 4 months.All of the patients have been followed up for 1 to 1.5 years.The results are good without recurrence.
