先天性髋脱位治疗后股骨近端'L'形线的形成及其临床意义

摘要

通过对67例先天性髋脱位患儿治疗后系列X线片的观察,对先天性髋脱位治疗后股骨近端"L"形放射致密线的形成及其临床意义进行了初步的探讨,指出对干骺端"L"形线的X线追踪观察,为早期判断股骨近端骺板损伤提供一个客观指标.%Sixty-seven children(106 hips)with congenital dislocation of the hip are reviewed in this study.The ages of the children were 4 months to 9 years at the initial visitation.We reread a series of the children occurrednce of the L-shaped line X-ray films in the proximal metaphysis.after treatment is of great significance toestimate the development of the femoral proximal end.We discrib the patterns of the L-shaped line and the relationship between it and the three parts of the femoral proximal end,The mechanism and clinical significance of the L-shaped line are also discussed in the paper.
