男性儿童尿道上裂

摘要

Four cases of epispadias without bladder extrophy in male children were treated in our hospital during the last 15 years. Among them, there were 2 penopubic(subsymphy. seal)epispadias, 1 penile epispadias and 1 glandular type. The clinical features were abnormal appearence, incontinence, symphyseal separation etc. Surgically, the Young's procedure is preferable for the penile type epispadias; for the penopubic type with incontinence, the Young-Dee's procedure is of choice. However, Young's procedure combined with anterior bladder neck tightening is the alternative. The corrective procedure should not be attempted before the age of 3 years.%作者报告作者收治单纯性尿道上裂4例,其中龟头型1例,阴茎型1例,完全型2例.临床特点为尿道开口异位、阴茎畸形、尿失禁及耻骨联合分离等.强调阴茎型宜选择Young氏术,完全型以Young-Dee氏术为宜,但Young氏术加膀胱颈前壁紧缩延长后尿道也为选择方法之一.手术时机以至少3岁以后为宜.
