超声波诊断胎儿消化道畸形

摘要

From 1980 to 1988, 120 fetuses with anatomical abnormalities were diagnosed by ultrasonography. Of them, 26 had anomalies of digestive system. Six out of the 26 cases with acute abdomen symptoms underwent operation perinatally and the others, including those with esophageal atresia and duodenal atresia etc, Comfirmed the diagnosis by autopsy. The timing, indications, uitrasound findings and management are discussed. The authors consider ultrasonography as a simple, safe, non-invasive method to diagnose fetal anatomical malformations.%作者报告超声波诊断的6例胎儿消化道畸形,均经手术证实.讨论了超声波对胎儿畸形的诊断价值、检查指征和表现.
