脲素治疗后血管瘤的组织学及超微结构观察

摘要

Hemangiomas following local infiltration of urea from 40 patients were investigated under the light and electron microscope. Degeneration and acute inflammation of the endothelium was found and the blood vessel structures were replaced by the proliferating fibrous tissue. The mitochondrium is sensitire to urea. Continuous local infiltration of urea should be emphasized in order to get a good result.%作者报告趟过对36例经脲素注射治疗后的血管瘤进行超微结构观察,证实脲素可使血管内皮细胞出现退行性交和无菌性坏死,继之纤维织织增生,达到治愈目的.
