Eighty-one cases of epispadias were reported in this paper,including 55 males and 26 females,aged from 1.5 years to 14 years.Based on the location of urethral orifice,degree of continence,separation of pubis,defect of abdominal wall,separation of corpus cavernosum penis or clitoris,and the relationship between corpus cavernosum penis and urethra,patients were classified into three types,i.e.incomplete epispadias 13 cases,complete type 13 cases and complex type 55 cases.The operative procedures were described.In all of 13 incomplete epispadias,a satisfactory continence was achieved.Among 13 complete type,satisfactory continence was achieved in 9,partial continence in 2 and total incontinence in the other 2.Among 55 complex type,continence in 26,pattial in 12 and total incontinence in 12cases.and besides,2 patients had persistant abdominal vesical fistula and 3 patients died.In this series,2 patients,one cured from complex epispadias and the other cured from incomplete epispadias,got married and enjoyed normal sexual life.%本文对81例尿道上裂的治疗进行分析.不完全型13例,完全型13例,复杂型55例.抗尿失禁方法主要采用Leadbetter手术.外生殖器矫治不完全型作阴茎伸直术,完全型和复杂型作阴茎伸长术.治疗结果完全型控制排尿9例,复杂型控制排尿26例.对阴茎伸直和阴茎伸长方法进行了介绍.对临床分型、男性外生殖器矫治、尿道成形和抗尿失禁等进行了讨论.
