儿童副神经损伤的外科治疗(附13例报告)

作者报告儿童副神经损伤13例.男8例,女5例.年龄7～12岁.10例为颈部手术误伤,3例为颈部外伤所致.临床表现为斜方肌麻痹和肩部运动功能障碍.强调早期治疗可获得满意效果.讨论了其诊断要点、手术指征、手术方法和疗效.%Thirteen children with accessory nerve injury are reported.Eight were male and 5 female.Their ages ranged from 7 to 12 years.Ten of 13 were resulted from surgical injury and the other 3 were due to accident cut.Paralysis of trapezius muscles and impairment of the shoulder movements could be seen in all cases.The main points of diagnosis,the indication of operation,the operative procedures and the efficacy assessment were discussed in the text.
