用锁骨下动脉瓣纠治小儿主动脉缩窄(附六例临床分析)

作者报告6例采用锁骨下动脉瓣行主动脉成形术.所有患儿均合并室间隔缺损(VSD),其中4例同时伴有动脉导管未闭(PDA).3例一期作VSD修补术.死亡1例,系持续肺动脉高压所致.存活患儿近期随访,效果良好.%Aorto-plasty was done with a left subclavian flap in the treatment of coarctation of the aorta in six cases.All of them associated with ventricular septal defect (VSD) and four also associated with patent ductus arteriosus(PDA).The VSD was closed at same time as the correction of the coarctation in three patients.One died of postoperative pulmonary hypertention on the third day.Survived patients were followed-up and their results were excellent.No obvious pressure gradient at the anastomosis was observed by 2-D Echo.One patient's VSD closed spontaneously.
