通过直肠肛管测压及X线钡灌肠检查随访经Lynn法后的短段型巨结肠,有90.9%的病例术后排便功能恢复了正常,9.1%的病例术后仍有不同程度便秘.在排便正常病例中29.4%恢复了直肠肛管反射,仍有便秘的2例均无此反射,认为此反射可作为评定术后排便功能的重要指标.测压检查还发现本组病例的肛管静止压较对照组明显降低(P＜0.01),而直肠静止压并不降低,X线钡灌肠检查无明显改变.%The patients with short segment Hirschsprung's disease (H.D.) were followed-up by Roentgen examinations and manometry.Lynn's operations were performed on all cases.Normal bowel function was found in 90.9% of cases.But constipation of different degrees was still present in 9.1% cases.The recto-anal reflex was positive in 29.4% of cases with normal bowel function but the recto-anal reflex was negative in patients with constipation.This phenomenon tell that the recto-anal reflex is a very important criteria to evaluate the postoperative bowel function.The manometry also tells that the anal pressure of patients with H.D.are lower than that of control group (P＜0.01),but the rectal pressures of both groups remain unchanged.The Roentgen study showed nothing special.
