儿童医源性周围神经损伤94例报告

摘要

报告94例儿童医源性周围神经损伤,其中药物注射伤76例,手术操作引起14例,产瘫4例.对此类神经损伤的原因、预防和治疗进行了讨论.作者强调,预防的关键是熟悉四肢和周围神经解剖,严格执行有关的医疗技术操作常规.对中度以上的药物注射伤尽早进行手术治疗,神经松解术是治疗药物注射性周围神经损伤的有效方法.%One hundred children with iatrogenic injury of the peripheral nerve are reported.Most of them occurred after the injection of drug or after the orthopaedic operation.The cause,the prevention and the treatment of iatrogenic injury of peripheral nerve are discussed.It cannot be overstressed to exercise special care to prevent the nerve from being injured during operation or injection of drug.Iatrogenic injury of peripheral nerve is avoidable.The damage can be minimised if it is recognised and treated earlier.Neurolysis is an effective method in treating iatrogenic injury of peripheral nerve following drug injection.
