先天性肛门直肠畸形与泌尿系异常

作者从28例行静脉肾盂造影检查的先天性肛门直肠畸形患儿中发现合并上尿路异常10例(35.7%),包括7种异常11个病变,以肾及输尿管缺如最多;合并除泌尿系瘘以外的下尿路异常3例(10.7%),包括4种异常.观察到肛门直肠畸形的位置越高,合并泌尿系异常的可能性越大.认为对肛门直肠畸形患儿常规进行泌尿系造影检查十分重要.%Amortg 28 cases of imperforate anus inspected by IVP,10 cases(35.75%)were found being associated with upper urinary tract abnormalities and 3 cases with lower urinary tract abnormalities other than urogenital fistula.There were 7 kinds of upper urinary tract abnormalities(11 diseases)with a predominance of the unilateral renal and ureteral aplasia(6 cases).There were 4 kinds of lower urinary abnormalities.It is evident that the higher is the level of the imperforate anus,the more is the incidence of the urinary abnormalities.It is therefore essential that IVP should be performed routinely in patients with imperforate anus.
