保留椎板和棘突脊神经后根分束切断术治疗脑瘫

摘要

Selective posterior rhizotomy is an effective procedure for spastic cerebral palsy.To expose the nerve roots,multiple laminectomy is necessary.However extensive laminectomy may distroy the anatomic integrity of the spine and may result in impairement of its stability and development.A modified conservative SPR by keeping the vertebral laminae and spinal process in place was practised and good clinical results were achieved.%选择性腰骶脊神经后根分束切断术治疗脑瘫.可以从恨本上解除肌痉挛,也不会产生明显的感觉障碍及肌力下降.但因多节段切开椎管,对脊柱的损伤大,破坏了椎管的连续性和完整性,也影响脊柱的稳定性及发育,尤其年幼儿易发生脊柱畸形.采用保留椎板和棘突的椎管切开术,可以避免上述弊端.
