腰骶部脊膜膨出患儿手术前后直肠肛管内压力测定

摘要

对52例腰骶部脊膜膨出患儿术前及部分病例术后进行了直肠肛管测压检查,其中伴大便失禁患儿测压结果各项指标均明显低于对照组,术后7天复检时各项指标略有增高.说明此项检查不仅可以作为术前判断肛门功能障碍的重要依据,也可作为评价术后排便功能改善及其程度的客观指标.%Pre-and Post-operative anorectal manometric examination were performed in 52 children with lumbosacral meningocele.In the cases of fecal incontinence,results of all items of the manometry were significantly lower than those of control group,but were slightly increasing by 7th day after operation.Therefore,this examination can be used in preoperative functional assessment and also in postoperative evaluation of the improvement of the anal control.
