小儿骨盆骨折分型与预后关系的探讨

摘要

In order to investigate the relationship between classification and prognosis of pelvic fracture,a retrospective study was made on 76 cases with pelvic fractures.According to Odgen's classification,there were 2 patients of type Ⅰ,21 of type Ⅱ,28 type Ⅲ and 25 type Ⅳ.Of them,33 cases were followed-up for 3-19 yrs.The xesults were good in 29and poor in 4,The outcome was favorable in cases without associated injuries (type Ⅰ).The prognosis of patients with complicated injuries needing operation were still hopeful (type Ⅰ and Ⅱ).The results were poor in those complicated with marked displacement of fracture and severe trauma including head injury,massive bleeding and sequelae deformity.The classification of pelvic fracture is beneficial to evaluate the associated injuries and prognosis of the patients.%了解小儿骨盆骨折与预后的关系.对76例小儿骨盆骨折患儿进行了回顾性研究,根据Odgen标准分型.33例随访3～19年,其中优23例,良6例,差4例.Ⅰ型骨折无合并损伤,预后佳;Ⅱ、Ⅲ型合并损伤多,有时需手术处理各种合并损伤,预后前景乐观;Ⅳ型合并损伤最多,且严重.除骨折邻近器官损伤外,远离骨折部位损伤亦较多,其中颅脑损伤15例,占60%.失血及后遗畸形发生率最高,预后较差.小儿骨盆骨折分型有利于患儿合并损伤及预后的判断.
