目的:评价骨痹汤治疗原发性骨质疏松症腰背痛的临床疗效.方法:2009年1月至2010年8月,对80例原发性骨质疏松症引起的腰背痛用骨痹汤治疗.结果:80例患者中,显效24例(30％);好转48例(60％)；无效8例(l0％),总有效率为90％.起效时间最短为7天,最长15天.服药时间最短为30天,最长90天.随访时间最短为3月,最长18月.结论:骨痹汤可以明显缓解原发性骨质疏松症引起的的腰背痛、全身骨痛、乏力等临床症状.%Objective: To evaluate the effect of Gubitang for the treatment of low back pain caused by primary osteoporosis. Methods: Eighty cases of low back pain caused by primary osteoporosis were recruited from January 2009 to August 2010, and treated with Gubitang. Results: Out of 80 cases, 24 (30%) showed marked improvement; 48 (60%) showed improvement; 8 (10%) were of no effect. The total effective rate is 90%. The onset of therapeutic effect started in 7th to 15th day. The medication lasted for 30-90 days. The follow-up period lasted for 3 ~ 18 months. Conclusion: Gubitang can significantly ease the low back pain caused by primary osteopotosis. There were also improvement of the whole body pain, the asthenia and other symptoms caused by osteoporosis.
