Objective: To evaluate the therapeutic effect of radiofrequency thermocoagulation on the lumbar sympathetic ganglia on the lower-limb neuropathic pain. Methods: The lumbar sympathetic ganglia was thermocoagulated by radio frequency equipment focused on L2 with 80℃, 60s continued and repeated 3 times in succession. Skin temperature on the lower limb and VAS score were evaluated before and after treatment. Results: Compared to before treatment, the skin temperature increased (P ＜ 0.05) and VAS decreased ( P ＜ 0.05 ) after radiofrequency thermocoagulation. Conclusion: The radiofrequency thermocoagulation of lumbar sympathetic ganglia has a good therapeutic effect on lower-limb neuropathic pain.%目的:评估射频热凝毁损腰交感神经节治疗下肢神经病理性疼痛的疗效.方法:选择下肢神经病理性疼痛的患者23例,在CT引导下行L2椎旁交感神经节穿刺,穿刺成功后采用射频疼痛治疗系统行射频热凝治疗,射频温度定位80℃,持续60s,连续3次.观察并记录术前、术后下肢皮肤温度和VAS评分.结果:射频术后皮肤温度明显高于术前(P<0.05),治疗后VAS评分明显低于治疗前(P<0.05).结论:腰交感神经节射频热凝治疗下肢神经病理性疼痛效果安全有效.
