中西医结合治疗放射性口咽炎临床观察

摘要

Objective To observe the clinical effects of integrative medicine in the treatment of radiation oropharyngitis in patients with head and neck carcinoma after radiotherapy. Methods 88 patients with head and neck carcinoma after routine radiotherapy were randomly divided into two groups: 45 patients in treatment group and 43 patients in control group. one treated with Chinese angelica and six herb decoction and vitamin B complex and Dobell’s Solution, the other with Dobell’s Solution. Then the clinical effect in the two groups were observed and analyzed. Results The effective rate in the treatment group was 86.67%, while that was 41.86% in the control group with statistical significance(P<0.01). And the onset time in the treatment group were obviously earlier than the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion The clinical effect of integrative medicine in the treatment of radiation oropharyngitis was definite, without observable adverse reaction.%目的观察中西医结合治疗放射性口咽炎的临床疗效。方法收集在我科门诊就诊及住院的接受放射治疗的鼻咽癌，喉癌，甲状腺癌，鼻咽部淋巴瘤，下咽癌，副鼻窦癌，舌癌的患者88例，将其随机分为中西医结合治疗组45例（加味当归六黄汤+复合维生素B口服+复方硼砂溶液含漱）和对照组43例（复合维生素B口服+复方硼砂溶液含漱），观察比较两组间的临床疗效。结果中西医结合治疗组临床治疗有效率为86.67%，对照组有效率为41.86%，两组有效率差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.01），且中西医结合治疗组起效时间明显早于对照组(P<0.05）。结论中西医结合治疗（加味当归六黄汤+复合维生素B口服+复方硼砂溶液含漱）放射性口咽炎临床疗效明确，无不良反应。
