中药复方地龙片联合骨化三醇治疗糖尿病伴骨质疏松症疼痛疗效观察

摘要

Objective To observe the efficacy of combination of compound recipe earthworm tablets and alpha-calcidol soft capsules, calcium carbonate chewable tablets on the pain due to diabetes combined with osteoporosis. Methods Fifty-six patients with type 2 diabetes combined with osteoporosis were randomly divided into control group(26 cases) and treatment group (30 cases). The basic treatment for the patients in both groups was alpha-calcidol soft capsules and calcium carbonate chewable tablets. The patients in treatment group were added with compound recipe earthworm tablets. The treatment for both groups lasted for 4 weeks. The symptom of pain and the pain index after the treatment were observed. Results After the treatment, spontaneous back pain and pain during walk were relieved in patients of both groups. The pain and the pain index decreased more in treatment group than in control group. Conclusion Compound recipe earthworm tablets had significant effect on bone pain and neuromuscular pain relief. The effect was better than using western medicine alone. They can effectively prevent and slow down bone loss and the occurrence of fractures.%目的 观察复方地龙片联合阿法骨化醇软胶丸、碳酸钙咀嚼片治疗糖尿病合并骨质疏松的疗效。方法 选择2型糖尿病并发骨质疏松患者56例随机分为对照组26例和治疗组30例，2组基础治疗为阿法骨化醇胶丸及碳酸钙咀嚼片，治疗组加用口服复方地龙片。2组均治疗4周，观察治疗后疼痛症状、疼痛指数改善情况。结果 两组患者治疗后自发性腰背痛及或步行痛均有所改善，而治疗组较对照组疼痛改善显著、疼痛指数下降更明显。结论 复方地龙片西医结合治疗在改善骨痛、缓解神经肌肉疼痛方面有显著效果，比单纯西药疗效更好，可以有效地预防和减缓患者骨质丢失以防止骨折的发生。
