Objective To investigate the influencing factors of the bone mineral density ( BMD) .Methods The subjects who came to Longhua Hospital from August 2010 to April 2011 for BMD detection were selected and screened.BMD of the selected subjects was detected using dual-energy X-ray absorbtiometry ( Hologic Co., USA) .All the data were recorded using a EpiData 3.02 software.The analysis was performed using a SPSS 15.0 software.Results The correlation between T score and adult age was -0.37, P<0.01.The variance analysis of the T scores in each age group showed F=10.01, P<0.01.The correlation between T score and height was 0.20, P<0.01.The correlation between T score and weight was 0.23, P<0.01.The correlation between T score and BMI was 0.12, P<0.05.The correlation between T score and VAS score was -0.62, P<0.01.The VAS score in normal bone mass group, bone mass loss group, and osteoporosis group was 0.63 ±1.28, 1.79 ±1.55, and 3.76 ±1.81, respectively.The variance analysis showed that F=110.61, P<0.01.Conclusion The T score of BMD is negatively correlated with age and VAS score.After 40 years old, the T score of BMD decreases along with the increase of age.Along with the decrease of T score, VAS score increases.The T score of BMD is positively correlated with height, weight, and BMI, and the degree of correlation is BMI展开▼
