骨细胞力学信号转导功能研究被引最高50篇相关文献分析

     

摘要

Objective The citation rate of a paper reflects the influence of this article in the field.The citation analysis of the 50 most cited literatures has been conducted in the field of orthopedics.However,to date,no report has been published on analyzing the highest cited literature in terms of bone cells mechanical stress stimulation.This study intended to analyze and study the characteristics of the 50 papers which have the highest citation rate on the research of bone cells induction by mechanical stress stimulation.Methods The databases of "Pubmed"and "Web of science" were searched with the search term of "Compressive stress OR Tensile stress OR Fluid shear stress OR stretch stress OR Centrifugal force OR Micropipette stimulation OR Electromagnetic force mode OR Mechanical stress OR Mechanotransduction" AND "Osteocyte OR osteoblast for the 50 articles with the highest cited frequency.Articles that were not relevant to the study were excluded.The title,first author,year of publication,journal,region of origin,authors' affiliation,number of citation,and other important information were recorded and analyzed.Results The number of citations ranged from 239 to 20.All of the 50 most cited articles were published between 1999 and 2015.The most productive year was 2009 (9).The top 50 articles were published in 27 journals,of which,Journal of Bone and Mineral Research (11) had the largest number of the included articles.The journal with the second largest number is Journal of Biological Chemistry (6),followed by Bone (5).The top cited articles originated in 12 countries,with America ranked the top (21).Seven institutions were responsible for more than one article.The most productive institutions were the University of Indiana (4) and Shanghai Jiao Tong University (3).Two authors were involved in more than one articles as the first author.The most studied signal pathway was MAPK-ERK signaling pathway (11),Wnt/beta-catenin signaling (9),PI3K/AKT signaling pathway (4) and BMP signaling pathway (2).Conclusion Identification of the highest cited papers not only helps to understand the research development on mechanical stress stimulation of bone cells and to guide future direction,but also can provide reference for researchers in reading literatures.%目的 本文拟分析和研究骨细胞受机械应力刺激相关方面被引率最高的50篇文献的基本特征,为临床相关研究提供一定的参考.方法 计算机检索“Pubmed”,“Web of Science”等英文数据库,以“Compressive stress,Tensile stress,Fluid shear stress,stretch stress,centrifugal force,Micropipette stimulation,Electromagnetic force mode,Mechanical stress,mechanotransduction"和“osteocyte,osteoblast”为关键词进行检索,筛选出被引频次最高的50篇文献,排除与该研究不相关的其他文献,对文献的标题、第一作者、发表年份、期刊来源、地区分布、作者单位、被引频次等重要信息进行统计分析.结果 被引最高的50篇文献的频次从239次到20次,发表于1999年至2015年,其中以2009年最多为9篇,文献刊登于27本期刊,其中以《Journal of Bone and Mineral Research》发表最多(11篇),其次是《Journal of Biological Chemistry》(6篇)、《Bone》(5篇);来源于12个国家,其中美国最多(21篇),发表2篇及2篇以上文献的大学或医院有7家,排名前两名的为印第安纳大学(4篇)、上海交通大学(3篇),共两位作者发表2篇以上文献,研究最多的信号通路依次为MAPK-ERK signaling pathway(11)篇、Wnt/beta-cateninsignaling(9篇)、PI3K/AKT signaling pathway(4篇)、BMP signaling pathway(2篇).结论 被引最高文献的分析不仅有助于了解骨细胞机械应力刺激相关研究的发展状况,指导未来研究方向,还可以为广大研究者阅读文献提供参考.
