增强种植体短基台与冠固位力的相关研究

     

摘要

目的:通过对短的粘结基台表面处理增强修复体的固位力,拓宽短粘结基台的应用范围。方法:短基台24个随机分为4组,对照组、固位沟组、喷砂组、喷砂加固位沟组。用传统的高融铸造法制作普通金属全冠,将修复体与基台用玻璃离子粘固,电子万能试验机进行拉伸实验。结果:喷砂加固位沟组固位力与对照组、喷砂组、固位沟组均有显著差异(p<0.05),喷砂加固位沟组测试固位力值最高598.30N±3.86N,对照组固位力值最低395.60±6.61N。结论:短基台表面喷砂加固位沟的方法能够增强基台与修复体粘结固位力,拓宽短粘结基台的适用范围。%Objective: To enhance the short implant abutment and prosthesis retention using a wide range through a surfacial special treatment. Methods: Sandblast the surface and making retention grooves in both sides of abutment, bond prosthesis to abutment with glassionomer, with tensile strengh test. Re-sult: The group abutments with sandblast and retention grooves is significantly different to the control group, retention grooves group, sandblast group, the abutments with sandblast and retention grooves showed the hightest mean value 598.30N ±3.86N, the control group showed the lowest mean value 395.60N ±6.61N. Conclusion: The strength of short abutment by sand blasted and retention grooves bond prosthesis is better, short bonded abutment can be use wider.
