下颌前牙区种植治疗一例--改良前庭沟加深术加游离结缔组织移植术

摘要

Objective: Utilization of modified vestibuloplasty with subepithelial connective tissue graft in mandibular anterior implant restoration. Methods: A 25 years old female patient has no adequate keratinized gingival zone with abnormal frenulum attachment, and inadequate alveolar bone width, implant placement simultaneously with modified vestibuloplasty and subepithelial connective tissue graft without bone augmentation. Results: Good esthetic and functional results achieved. Conclusion:Modified vestibuloplasty with subepithelial connective tissue graft is an effective method showed reduction of abnormal frenulum attachment and augment of attached gingiva in esthetic region for implant restoration.%目的：观察改良前庭沟加深术合并游离结缔组织移植术对前牙区软组织量不足病例的美学种植修复效果。方法：本病例患者下前牙区角化龈宽度不足，唇系带附着高，牙槽嵴骨量略有不足，在不做骨增量术的前提下，仅采用软组织处理术同期植入植体。结果：获得满意的美观效果和功能恢复。结论：改良前庭沟加深术合并游离结缔组织移植术是一种能同时解决前庭沟浅、系带异常附着和角化龈宽度和厚度的不足的有效方法。
