图形视觉诱发电位与静态定量视野测量联合诊断原发性开角型青光眼

摘要

Sixteen cases(16 eyes)of primary open-angle glaucoma(POAG) were tested with pattern visual evoked potential(PVEP) and static quantitative perimetry(Humphrey30-2).In the POAG eyes,the rate of abnormal PVEP was 69% and it was 75% for perimetry.94% of eyes were abnormal in at least one of the tests.When the spatial frequency of the stimulating checkerboard was lower(the check size was larger),or the visual acuities were less than 1.0,the abnormal rate of PVEP and visual field were higher.%目的:观察图形视觉诱发电位与静态定量视野测量在青光眼诊断中的应用价值.方法:用图形视觉诱发电位和静态定量视野(Humphrey30-2)联合测量了16例(16眼)原发性开角型青光眼的视功能.结果:视觉诱发电位的异常率是69%;视野测量的异常率是75%.94%的受检眼有一项或两项检查项目异常.结论:当刺激图形空间频率较低(刺激方格较大)时,或者当受检眼视力较低时,视觉诱发电位和视野的异常率较高.图形视觉诱发电位与静态定量视野测量对青光眼的诊断具有很大的参考价值.
