普拉洛芬滴眼液对恢复老年性白内障超声乳化术后泪膜稳定性的临床研究

摘要

Objective To study the effect of the combined treatment with hyaluronate (HA) and pranoprofen for senile patients after phacoemulsification in dry eye (recovery of tear film stability).Methods Sixty patients who had undergone phacoemulsification from March 2010 to March 2012 were randomly divided into the control group(48 eyes with HA) and the treatment group (48 eyes with HA and pranoprofen).Subjective symptoms,tears film break-up time (BUT),Schirmer Ⅰ test (S Ⅰ t) and corneal fluorescein staining (FL) were measured preoperatively and 1 week,2 weeks and 1 month postoperatively.Results Subjective symptoms,BUT,S Ⅰ t and FL in the treatment group returned to preoperative value at 2 weeks after phacoemulsification.But the above measurements in the control group returned to preoperative value at 1 month after phacoemulsification.There were no statistically significant differences in the (P ＞ 0.05) preoperative indexes of dry eye between the two groups.Conclusions The combined treatment with pranoprofen and HA at early stage after phacoemulsification could be more effective to relieve the dry eye symptoms for senile patients.%目的 观察单纯玻璃酸钠治疗与玻璃酸钠联合普拉洛芬治疗对老年性白内障术后泪膜稳定性恢复的变化.方法 回顾性临床病例-对照研究.将2010年3月～2012年3月在本科诊治的老年性白内障超声乳化术的患者60例(96眼)分为对照组(玻璃酸钠组48眼)和治疗组(玻璃酸钠联合普拉洛芬组48眼).观察术前,术后1周、2周、1个月术眼干眼的主观症状,泪膜破裂时间(BUT),基础泪液分泌试验(SⅠt)及角膜荧光素染色(FL)等泪膜指标的临床检查.结果 与术前比较,治疗组干眼主观症状、BUT、SⅠt及FL值在2周后恢复到术前水平,而对照组的术后指标在1个月后才恢复到术前水平.2组术前泪膜指标比较差异均无统计学意义(P＞0.05).结论 在治疗老年性白内障超声乳化术后的干眼中,联合使用普拉洛芬滴眼液可以有效缓解干眼主观症状,并能快速、安全地恢复泪膜的稳定性.
