主动脉覆膜支架植入联合食管镜取除胸段食管异物3例

摘要

Objective To improve the success rate of the operation of the critical thoracic esophageal foreign body.Methods Three cases of critical thoracic esophageal foreign body were collected and analyzed.The aortic stent implantation was firstly performed in the three patients to protect the adjacent aortic vessels, and then surgical removal of foreign body by rigid esophagoscope was operated.Results The surgical performance for all the three patients was successful.There were no fatal complications after operations.Conclusions It was feasible to implant the aortic stent before removing the foreign body by rigid esophagoscope for patients who were attacked by critical thoracic esophageal foreign body invading the aortic arch.%目的 提高危重的胸段食管异物的手术成功率.方法 收集危重胸段食管异物患者3例,先行主动脉覆膜支架植入术保护异物邻近的主动脉后,再行硬性食管镜异物取出术.结果 3例患者手术均成功,术后未出现致死性并发症.结论 对于危重的胸段食管异物并侵及主动脉弓者可采用主动脉覆膜支架植入术后,再行硬性食管镜异物取出术.
