核医学信息化管理系统设计与使用经验

摘要

核医学信息化管理系统是现阶段医疗信息化发展的重要组成部分,其包含2个重要功能,一是临床工作的科学管理,二是影像和文字的归档及存储.核医学信息化管理系统可实现临床工作流程的规范化、自动化、信息化,科学规范的科室管理、核医学影像的统一化存储和一致化调阅,在医疗、教学及科研工作中发挥着重要作用.笔者主要总结介绍该系统的设计与使用经验.%Information management system of nuclear medicine (IMSNM) is an important part of modem medical information system.It is used for the scientific management of clinical works,and classification and storage of patient data and examination data (words and images).With the help of IMSNM,standardization,automation and digitization of clinical operation protocols,the scientific and normalized management,the unification of image storage and viewing could be achieved.The IMSNM plays an important role in the health care,education and scientific research.This study mainly describes the design and application of IMSNM.
