温敏智能材料及其相关剂型的研究进展

摘要

温敏制剂是能对温度的变化做出快速相应的制剂,在眼部给药、肿瘤靶向给药和组织工程细胞支架的等领域具有良好的应用前景.常用的温敏性材料包括天然和合成材料,剂型包括凝胶、脂质体、胶束和纳米粒.文中对温敏智能材料和其相关剂型的应用情况进行了综述,以期为温敏型载药系统的构建提供文献和理论依据,同时对温度敏感性更强的材料和多重修饰的靶向制剂进行了展望.%Thermo-sensitive agents respond quickly to temperature changes, which shows good application prospects in the field of ocular drug delivery, tumor targeted drug delivery and tissue engineering scaffolds and other areas. Frequently-used thermo-sensitive intelligent materials including natural and synthetic materials, while the dosage forms including gels, liposomes, micelles and nanoparticles. This review summarized thermo-sensitive intelligent materials and related application forms in order to provide literature and theoretical basis for the thermo-sensitive drug-loaded systems, meanwhile prospected more-thermo-sensitive materials and multi-targeting agents.
