水痘疫苗生产环境细菌分离鉴定及消毒剂消毒效果验证

摘要

目的:验证目前使用的消毒剂对环境分离细菌的消毒效果,保证生产顺利进行.方法:采用沉降菌及浮游菌检测获得生产环境细菌,通过细菌鉴定仪进行鉴定；对消毒剂消毒效果进行验证.结果:环境分离细菌均为人体携带菌及自然环境菌,对75％乙醇敏感性较差,而来苏儿、新洁尔灭消毒效果较理想.结论:75％乙醇消毒效果较差,应对其进行更换.%Objective: To validate the disinfection effect of present disinfectant on bacteria separated from varicella vaccine production environment and ensure the process of production. Methods: Acquired bacteria by sediment bacteria and planktonic bacteria test. Identified the bacteria by bacteria analyzer and validated disinfectant's disinfection. Results; The bacteria separated from production environment were bacteria carried by human body and natural environment bacteria, which was less sensitive to 75% ethanol, while the disinfection effect of lysol and bromogeramine was perfect. Conclusion; 75% ethanol has poor disinfection effect and should be replaced.
