血管外肺水及肺血管通透性指数的临床监测及应用进展

摘要

血管外肺水和肺血管通透性指数在危重患者的诊断、治疗及预后判断上有一定临床价值，作为评价肺病理生理的重要监测指标，其在临床上的应用也越来越受到重视。该文就血管外肺水和肺血管通透性指数在临床上的监测及应用进展进行综述。%Extravascular lung water and pulmonary vascular permeability index have certain clinical values for the diagnosis, treatment and prognosis of critically ill patients.Their application is becoming valued more and more as an important monitoring index of pulmonary pathophysiology.We review the research progress on monitoring and application of extravascular lung water and pulmonary vascular permeability index in this paper.
