干眼诊断的研究进展

摘要

Dry eye is one of the most common problems in ophthalmology .Its signs include punctate epitheli-al erosions , hyperemia , low tear lakes , rapid tear break-up time and meibomian gland disease .Given a complicated complaint presentation and a variety of signs and symptoms , it would be beneficial if there was an inexpensive , readi-ly available, and reproducible diagnostic test for dry eye .In this paper, research progress in diagnosis of dry-eye dis-ease is reviewed .%干眼是眼科最常见的疾病之一。体征包括点状上皮糜烂、充血、低的泪河高度、泪膜破裂时间缩短、睑板腺疾病。结合复杂主诉和各种症状和体征，如果对干眼患者采用一种廉价的，容易得到的，且可重复诊断的检测方法将是有益的。该文对干眼诊断的研究进展作一综述。
