目的 观察超声多普勒引导下痔动脉结扎加悬吊术在治疗痔病的临床疗效.方法 选取30例痔病患者作为治疗组,采用超声多普勒引导下痔动脉结扎加悬吊术;选取同期入院进行传统内痔结扎外痔切除术的患者30例作为对照组,进行回顾性对比观察.结果 治疗组与对照组治愈率分别为87％ vs.87％、近期复发率分别为10％ vs.7％,无明显差异(P＞0.05).治疗组在术后首次排便的通畅度、便时疼痛感、出血、便后肛缘水肿及平均住院天数上明显优于对照组(P＜0.01)结论 在治疗以出血、脱出性内痔为主的痔病时,超声多普勒引导下痔动脉结扎加悬吊术与内痔结扎外痔切除术相比,具有术后并发症少、痛苦小、恢复时间短等优点.%Objective To observe the curative effect of Doppler-guided hemorrhoid artery ligation with surrounded suture and suspension (DGHAL with SSS) for the treatment of hemorrhoids. Methods The clinical data of 60 hemorrhoids was retrospectively analyzed. There were 30 cases treated by DGHAL with SSS (DGHAL group). During the same hospitalization time, there were another 30 patients were treated by traditional operation ( control group). Results The cure rate of the DGHAL group and the control group was 87% and 87% respectively (P>0. 05). The recurrence rate was 10% and 7% respectively (P>0. 05). It showed the significant advantages of the postoperative defecation unobstruction, the pain, bleeding, edema of the anal verge and the average hospital stay(P <0. 01). Conclusion It is recommended of the Doppler-guided hemorrhoid artery ligation with surrounded suture and suspension of the advantages of less postoperative complications, less pain and shorter recovery time.
