Intracranial aneurysm is a common disease in neurosurgery, and its greatest risk lies in the death and disability caused by hemorrhage after aneurysm ruptured. In view of the quality of life of patients with unruptured intracranial aneurysms (UIA), this paper reviews the evaluation tools, influencing factors, nursing interventions and other aspects combined with domestic and foreign literatures to provide references for further study on the quality of life of UIA patients.%颅内动脉瘤是神经外科常见疾病,其最大风险在于动脉瘤破裂出血引起的致死致残.针对未破裂颅内动脉瘤患者的生活质量,本文就评价工具、影响因素、干预措施等,结合国内外文献进行综述,为进一步研究提供参考.
