Objective To study nursing intervention that affects the recovery development of bone tumor limb salvage patients in physical and psychological conditions. Methods Totally, 86 cases were divided them into 2 groups, one is the interventional group(44 cases) , and the other is control group(44 cases) . The control group adopted usual care, while the interventional group adopted custodial care intervention model formulated from evidence-based nursing methodology under the direction of holistic nursing care theory, such as medication, functional exercise, psychological counseling , the precaution of complications, etc. We made comparisons between the 2 groups' rehabilitation results. Results After intervention, there were evident differences in respect of functional rehabilitation conditions, activities of daily living, the rate of disease awareness, the degree of satisfaction at nursing care, etc. Compared with the control group, the interventional group was superior: P ＜ 0. 01. Conclusions Putting nursing interventional model into practice promotes bone tumor patients' recovery is helpful to diminishe the rate of complications and release patients' psychological fear and anxiety. It has good effects on physical and psychological recovery, meanwhile it accelerates the recovery process.%目的 探讨护理干预对促进骨肿瘤保肢术患者身心康复的影响.方法 将88例骨肿瘤保肢术患者随机分为干预组和对照组各44例.对照组采用常规护理程序,干预组在整体护理理论指导下,运用循证方法制订的全程护理干预模式.包括用药、功能锻炼,相关知识传授、心理疏导、并发症预防等,比较两组患者的康复效果.结果 干预后两组患者在功能康复情况、日常活动能力、疾病知晓率、相关知识及技能掌握率、并发症发生率、护理满意度等方面,干预组优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.01).结论 护理干预模式的实施可提高骨肿瘤患者的功能康复效果,减少并发症的发生.同时可缓解患者焦虑及恐惧心理,对身心康复产生积极影响,更快促进了康复进程.
