肠癌患者康复期复查依从性的影响因素调查与分析

摘要

Objective To study counter check compliance of patients with intestinal cancer during rehabilitation period,and analyze its influencing factors.Methods A total of 88 patients with intestinal cancer from January 2006 to December 2012 were chosen and interviewed by questionnaires and visits for their counter check compliance during rehabilitation period.Results There were 56 (63.6％) cases of non-compliance and 32 (36.4％) cases of compliance among 88 patients,and most of them didn't go to hospitals for counter check as the doctors said.There were statistically significant differences of counter check compliance between patients with different economical status,family relationship,living place and cultural degree (x2 =46.44,39.30,23.71,10.67,respectively; P ＜ 0.05).There was no statistically significant difference between patients of different ages (x2 =2.29,P ＞ 0.05).Conclusions Patients with intestinal cancer during rehabilitation period have bad counter check compliance for many different reasons,so that doctors are hard to conduct treatment and guidance for them.Timely follow-up and treatment can extend patients' lifetime obviously.%目的 调查肠癌患者康复期复查依从性情况,分析影响肠癌患者康复期依从性的因素.方法 收集2006年1月至2012年12月在广东省清远市中医院治疗并存活的88例康复期的肠癌患者,采用调查表及随访方式考察肠癌患者康复期复查依从性.结果 88例肠癌患者中不依从56例(63.6％),依从32例(36.4％),康复期的肠癌患者大部分未能按医嘱回院复查.不同家庭经济情况、家庭关系状况、居住地、文化程度的肠癌患者康复期复查依从性不同,差异均有统计学意义(x2分别为46.44,39.30,23.71,10.67；P＜0.05)；不同年龄的肠癌患者康复期复查依从性比较,差异无统计学意义(x2 =2.29,P＞0.05).结论 康复期肠癌患者因多种因素影响,存在不依从医嘱复查的现象,医生难以及时对肠癌患者开展针对性的治疗及康复期指导.及时跟踪疾病,及时治疗,积极有效的进行综合治疗可以显著延长患者的生存期.
