自尊在自我效能感与护士婚姻质量关系中的中介效应

摘要

Objective To discuss the effect of self-efficacy mediating with self-esteem on marital quality of nurses.Methods Totals of 320 nurses were investigated with Self-Esteem Scale (SES),Olson marital quality questionnaire (ENRICH),and General Self-Efficacy Scale (GSES).Results Out 320 questionnaires,recycling effective questionnaire 281,questionnaire effective rate was 87.8％.Among nurses,there was a significant negative correlation was found between self-esteem,marital quality and self-efficacy.Three-step regression results showed that self-efficacy can effectively predicted the satisfaction of marital (t =-3.302,P ＜0.01) and self-esteem (t =-5.012,P ＜0.01).Marital satisfaction could be predicted by self-effiicacy and self-esteem,while the self-esteem predicted effect was significantly (t =4.551,P ＜ 0.01),the predicted effect of self-efficacy was not significant (t =-1.964,P ＞ 0.05).Conclusions The nurse' s self-efficacy,marital quality,self-esteem have significant positive correlation,in the prediction of martial satisfaction,the self-esteem reaches fully mediated.%目的 探讨自我效能感以自尊为中介对护士婚姻质量的影响.方法 采用自尊量表(SES)、婚姻质量问卷(ENRICH)、一般自我效能感量表(GSES)对320名在职护士进行问卷调查.结果 共发放问卷320份,回收有效问卷281份,问卷有效率为87.8％.在职护士中,其自尊水平、婚姻质量与自我效能感之间存在显著的负相关.采用三步回归对自尊的中介效应进行检验,发现自我效能感对婚姻满意度的预测效应显著(t=-3.302,P＜0.01),自我效能感对自尊的预测效应显著(t=-5.012,P＜0.01),自我效能感、自尊同时对婚姻满意度预测时,自尊的预测效应显著(t=4.551,P＜0.01),但自我效能感的预测效应并不显著(t=-1.964,P＞0.05).结论 护士的自我效能感、婚姻质量、自尊之间存在两两相关；自我效能感对婚姻满意度的预测中,自尊的中介效应显著.
