Objective To explore the effects of systematic emergency care in rescuing patients with severe craniocerebral injury caused by car accidents. Methods A total of 52 patients with severe craniocerebral injury caused by car accidents, who admitted in First People′s Hospital of Jinzhong from May 2013 to April 2014, were selected as control group, while 65 patients admitted from May 2014 to April 2015 as observation group. Systematic emergency nursing was conducted to the patients of observation group, while traditional emergency nursing to the patients of control group. Rescue time, rescue effects, occurrence rate of complications, and satisfaction degree of doctors and relatives of patients were compared. Results Rescue time was shorter in the observation group than that in the control group(P<0. 05), and total effective rate was also higher (P>0. 05);occurrence rate of complications in the observation group was 13. 33%, while in the control group, it was 27. 27% (P>0. 05); satisfaction degree of doctors and relatives of patients in the observation group was higher than that in the control group (P <0. 05). Conclusions In rescuing patients with severe craniocerebral injury caused by car accidents, systematic emergency care can help to save time, although the effectiveness and occurrence rate of complications are not changed, but the satisfaction degree of doctors and relatives of patients have been improved.%目的：探讨系统性急救护理在车祸致重型颅脑损伤患者抢救中的效果。方法选取2013年5月—2014年4月山西省晋中市第一人民医院收治的车祸致重型颅脑损伤的患者52例作为对照组，选取2014年5月—2015年4月收治的车祸致重型颅脑损伤的患者65例作为观察组，观察组实施系统性急救护理，对照组实施常规急救护理；比较两组的急救时间、救治效果、并发症发生率及医生和患者家属对护理的满意度。结果观察组的急救时间短于对照组，救治总有效率高于对照组，但两组救治有效率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)，急救时间组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)；观察组患者并发症发生率为13.33%，对照组为27.27%，组间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)；观察组的医生和患者家属的满意度均高于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论系统性急救护理在车祸致重型颅脑损伤患者抢救中利于赢得抢救时间，虽不能提高抢救效果或降低救治后的并发症发生率，但可以提高医生和患者家属的满意度。
