PPH与Milligan-Morgan手术治疗Ⅲ°~Ⅳ°痔的比较研究

摘要

目的：探讨PPH与Milligan-Morgan手术治疗Ⅲ°~Ⅳ°痔的比较效果情况。方法分析本院2012年4月~2014年2月普外科收治的痔疮患者120例临床资料,依据手术治疗措施不同进行临床随机分组, PPH组60例和Milligan-Morgan组60例。结果 PPH组痔疮患者治疗期间对术后肛管最大静息压、疼痛指数、住院时间、住院费用均优于Milligan-Morgan组, P<0.05,差异均有统计学意义。结论 PPH治疗痔疮可以明显降低术后疼痛和缩短住院时间,值得临床推广应用。%Objective To approach comparison result ofⅢ°~Ⅳ°hemorrhoids treatment by PPH and Milligan-Morgan. Methods To analyze 120 cases clinical data of hemorrhoids patients in our hospital general surgery from 2012.4 to 2014.12, which was to be divided into two groups, PPH group 60 cases and Milligan-Morgan group 60 cases. Results The postoperative anal resting pressure, maximum pain index, hospital stay, hospital costs of PPH group were better than Milligan-Morgan group, P<0.05, the difference were statistical significance. Conclusion The aspects of postoperative pain and shorten the time of hospitalization by PPH treatment are decreased, which is worthy clinical promotion.
