小儿结直肠手术前肠道准备应用磷酸钠盐清肠液效果探讨

摘要

Objective To investigate effect by sodium phosphates intestine-rinsing fluid for bowel preparation before pediatric colorectal surgery. Methods A total of 60 children receiving colorectal surgery were randomly divided into observation group and control group, with 30 cases in each group. Comparison was made on effects by odium phosphates intestine-rinsing fluid (observation group) and polyethylene glycol electrolytes powder (control group). Results The bowel cleaning acceptable rate was 80.0% in the observation group, which was much higher than 53.3% in the control group. The difference had statistical significance (P0.05). Conclusion Implement of sodium phosphates intestine-rinsing fluid for bowel preparation before pediatric colorectal surgery provides precise effect and high safety. As a good medicine for bowel preparation, it is easily acceptable for children with comfortable mouthfeel.%目的：探讨小儿结直肠术前应用磷酸钠盐清肠液行肠道准备的效果。方法60例结直肠手术患儿，随机分为观察组与对照组，各30例。就磷酸钠盐清肠液(观察组)与复方聚乙二醇电解质散剂(对照组)效果展开对比。结果观察组患儿肠道清洁可接受率80.0%明显高于对照组53.3%，差异有统计学意义(P0.05)。结论小儿结直肠手术前，应用磷酸钠盐清肠液行肠道准备，效果更好，具有较高安全性，患儿易于接受，口感舒适，为较为优良的肠道准备用药。
